What to Prepare

For the shrimp, you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • ¼ tablespoon of onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1.5 lbs of medium raw shrimp

  • ¼ tablespoon of smoked paprika

For the asparagus, you will need:

  • 1 lb of asparagus

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • Salt

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

You also need to prepare 2 tablespoons of parsley and a ½ cup of lemon juice for garnishment.

How to Make

To make the dish, just do the following instructions.

  1. Put the shrimp on a large non-stick skillet at medium heat along with butter. Then add salt and pepper, leave it for 2 minutes.

  2. Add Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, minced garlic, and onion powder. Stir the mixture well and then flip the shrimp on the opposite side.

  3. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes until it turns pink and then put it on a plate.

  4. Add olive oil, butter, asparagus, and salt on the same pan. Cook it for about 6 minutes.

  5. Put the shrimp back to the pan and then squeeze half of the lemon on the top of the mixture, leave it for 2 minutes.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
